Do I need a Conveyancer?

If you’re buying or selling a property a Conveyancer handles the title transfer of that property from one person to another. Ideally, before you sign a Contract of Sale, call us so we can advise you of what you’re really signing. If you’ve already signed it, we can help you navigate through the contract process.

Most Conveyancers you never actually see. They exist at the end of an email or phone call. At Synergy, we’re happy to videocall or even visit you to give you that extra peace of mind.

For some clients, we can even attend the property with you (with a prior agreement) to walk through the Contract before you sign it*

Do you have Finance?

If you haven’t organised finance, then stop everything and call us.
